Hi Jonathan, I&#039;m inclined to agree with you that GDPR directive still lacks clarity in certain aspects. However, the language is clear; you must inform users of the data you collect on them and provide them the opportunity to accept or decline the collection of data. In respect to company information - as it says in the article, the law specifies that it should be readily available on your website for visitors to access.]]></description>

Nobody is ever clear about these laws. Look at the GDPR business. So many company websites misinterpreting what should go where and where it should be displayed.]]></description>
